Representatives for a period of more than three

Senator Halford moved that the resolution be taken up at this time.            
Without objection, SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 28                         
was read the second time and was before the Senate on final

The question being: Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                         
NO. 28 Authorizing a recess by the Senate and the House of                     
Representatives for a period of  more than three days, pass the
